Smoothies are my favorite go-to quick meals and snacks because they are so delicious, easy to make and not to mention nutritiously dense. I can simply live on smoothies.

Whenever I am falling short of ideas to fuel my day I always blend some nutritious and refreshing smoothie. They are hydrating, nourishing and downright delicious. I especially love the combination of fruits and veggies in my smoothie.

Recently, I have started adding more natural protein to my smoothie which I think is more cost-effective and healthier. I don’t get store-bought protein powders anymore and I am able to save on some processed food in my diet. Happy me! ????

I prefer using baby spinach for my green smoothie that I’ve previously have frozen. They mellow down the flavor. However, if you are a kale fan you may use kale and enjoy this smoothie.

Green Hemp Chia Smoothie

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Dairy-free

What You’ll Need

1 cup spinach, frozen

1/2 cup cucumber

3 tbsp Hemp seeds

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1/2 Banana, frozen

2 medjool dates, soaked and pitted

1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

What You’ll Need To Know

In a high-speed blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth until creamy.

Pour in serving a glasses and enjoy immediately.
