Happy Fish Salmon Balance Bowl

It’s National Seafood Month! It’s time to celebrate the health benefits of choosing seafood twice a week. And the more variety the better, so top your table with sustainably caught or farmed-raised fish and shellfish including salmon and sardines, tilapia, cod and catfish, shrimp, scallops, and lobster.

I love Salmon.

It’s my personal favorite because I love the taste (personally, I prefer the flavor of farm-raised) and the omega-3 fats, which are good for heart, eye, and brain health. Most people don’t get enough omega-3s in their daily diets, so choose salmon often to meet your daily needs.

In partnership with Blue Circle Foods, we’re going to help you celebrate #NationalSeafoodMonth this month with this easy to make the recipe featuring Happy Fish™!

You’ll love that it’s made with simple ingredients and no fillers or preservatives, Happy Fish is a nourishing source of clean protein for the whole family. Even better? You can cook these tasty frozen fish straight from the freezer in 4 minutes!

And, like all Blue Circle products, Happy Fish is free of antibiotics, added hormones, gluten, sugar, and GMOs. It is certified sustainable by Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Program, the Aquaculture Stewardship Council and Ocean Wise.
