An apple cider vinegar detox elixir to drink daily to improve digestion and increase energy is an easy way to improve your health from the inside out. Using simple ingredients you already have in your kitchen, it’s a great way to keep healthy during winter!
Apple cider vinegar unquestionably makes a convincing case. Raw, organic, unfiltered, and unpasteurized ACV (apple cider vinegar) is one of the oldest and most useful remedies on Earth. There are so many amazing health benefits from consuming it daily, from helping with diabetes and lowering cholesterol to promoting a healthy gut and clear skin. ACV is definitely one thing I include in my daily diet.
Just two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar along with 30g of cheese before bedtime can contribute to a 4 to 6% decrease in fasting blood sugar levels, according to a 2007 study conducted by Arizona State University. And, according to nutritionist Lisa Guy, apple cider vinegar taken before each meal improves digestion and is helpful to people who have stomach problems such as reflux, indigestion and bloating.
Just keep in mind that you should never drink ACV straight-up as it can burn your esophagus. Instead, mix one tablespoon with 8 ounces of water. Here’s a AVC drink I’m loving and drink daily!
