A perfect start to the day and week with this gr8nola Smoothie Bowl. It’s got so many good-for-you ingredients that will keep you full and nourished.
What You’ll Need
Smoothie Bowl Base:
85g baby kale baby spinach mix, frozen
1/4 small avocado, cubed and frozen
1 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (I used this brand*)
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries
Toppings:
1 tablespoon manna, melted
1/8 cup granola
Mint leaves
3 small strawberries, halved
1/8 cup blueberries
1/2 tbs bee pollen
What You’ll Need To Know
1. Place the coconut manna in a ziplock bag and melt in a bowl of hot water.
2. While the manna melts, blend the smoothie bowl base ingredients together in a high-speed blender and pour in a bowl.
3. Top with topping ingredients and cut a small hole in the ziplock bag and drizzle the manna over the smoothie bowl.
