Coconut Chia Base:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

1 tbsp coconut shavings
pinch of sea salt
stevia, to taste

Topping:
1/8 cup gr8anola
1/2 tbsp coconut shavings
1/8 cup pineapple, sliced
1 strawberry, sliced

What You’ll Need To Know

1. In a high-speed blender add coconut milk, sea salt, and collagen peptides and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

2. In a bowl, add chia seeds, coconut shavings, coconut milk mix and mix vigorously. Let it sit for 10 minutes and mix a 2nd time to break down any clumps. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight before adding toppings.
