Super Zoats

When your ZOATS are this LIT… ???????????????? Seriously, I couldn’t get over how pretty this bowl turned out. This morning, I channeled in my favorite babe from across the pond Ayten (aka @eatnourishlove) this morning. Danggg have you seen her bowls?! They are sexy AF! This bowl of Super Zoats have so many amazing things in it.

What You’ll Need

1/2 cup cashew milk
1small zucchini
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp moringa powder
1/3 cup gf bobs red mill oat bran
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp coconut shavings
1 tsp hemp seeds
2 walnuts crushed
1/8 cup blueberries

What You’ll Need To Know

1. In a high-speed blender, add 1/2 cup cashew milk, 1/2 smallish zucchini, ground cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp moringa and blend until it’s liquid smooth. This should yield 1 cup.

2. Combine zucchini milk mix with 1/3 cup gf oat bran and cook up in a sauce pan on a med-low heat and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

3. Top with 1 banana sliced in coins, 1 tbsp coconut shavings, 1 tsp hemp seeds, and 2 walnuts crushed and blueberries.
