Here’s What You’ll Need:

1/3 cups oat bran
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop collagen peptides (I used this brand)
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1-2 drops stevia
!Toppings:
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 tbsp hemp seeds
cinnamon

What You’ll Need To Know:

In a sauce pan add in dry ingredients and mix together.
Then add in almond milk and stevia and mix again.
Heat over a low/medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until the oats are cooked.
Top with blueberries, banana, cinnamon, and hemp seeds.
