It’s much more exciting than that. The smoothie mixture is very thick, almost like soft ice cream, which of course already sounds amazing. Ice cream, nice cream, whatever you want to call it for breakfast sounds pretty awesome, right?! Andddd it’s healthy! Not to mention so perfect for the blazing hot summer days ahead.
What You’ll Need
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 avocado
1-2 handfuls frozen raspberries (roughly 1 cup)
6 oz unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (I used this brand*)
1/2 cup cauliflower rice
Toppings:
1 tablespoon unsweetened Coconut Chips
1 tablespoon Flaxseed
1 tablespoon granola
1/2 banana (sliced)
1 tablespoon raspberries
