This Spiced Cashew Granola is one of my favourites. It’s full of my favorite winter-time ingredients—warming spices, ginger, cashews and quinoa—and irresistibly crisp-ity crunch-ity. This recipe calls for quinoa, which bakes up nice and crunchy.

Baking granola will make your entire home smell like HEAVEN. Nutty, sweet, amazing heaven. After taking a bit out of this recipe, you’ll will be a more fulfilled and enlightened human!
