1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 of a fresh mango, peeled and sliced
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit Protein Vanilla)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup pineapple juice (or coconut water)
1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
3 ice cubes made
