Hello my beautiful friends! I’m introducing to you this new series of interviews called #LETSCHAT with the amazing women that inspire me. This weekly series is based on incredible, strong and empowering individuals that inspire me through health and wellness. They are people that have made an impact on my life, big and small, that motivate me to be a better version of me, and I hope they can inspire you as well.

As the voice behind and a certified Holistic Health Coach, Southern California blogging mom, Leah Watson’s schedule is undoubtedly jam-packed. Lucky me to be able to chat with her for a Fireside Chat of sorts. She is someone that inspires me through her sharing of stories and recipes, that you’ve probably seen some of her recipes here.

Beautiful and polished, Leah is the type of friend you’d go to for anything health and wellness related. She truly embodies the whole eat well, be well motto. With the field of health and wellness is her passion; she created to answer your health questions all while filling you in on her own personal journey along the way. Leah is a daughter, wife, sister, new mom, dog mommy, spinner, yogi, traveler, and chocolate lover. Thanks, Leah, for not only inspiring me but taking time to LetsChat!
