What You’ll Need
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides (vanilla)
1/8 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/2 banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds
pinch of sea salt
Optional: stevia, to taste
Topping:
1/8 cup gr8nola
1/8 cup blueberries
1 strawberry, sliced
