3-4 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar

12 grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1/2 Avocado, diced
Sea Salt, to tatse
Pepper, to taste
Parsley, to taste
Basil, to taste
Red Chili Flakes, to taste
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Start by rinsing the arugula under cold water and patting it dry gently. Place 2 cups in each salad bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of hemp seeds to each bowl and 1 tbsp roasted corn on each.
Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese to each bowl and gently topping the arugula.
Sprinkle the grape tomatoes, diced avocado, sea salt, pepper, parsley, basil, and red chili flakes over the salad.
