    ALO Moves has been an app I’ve used for many years but never truly stuck to it consistently. When I embarked on writing this review, I wanted to give this app a try, test out various programs and try it out from the perspective a first-time user. So, let me tell you about my experience with one of ALO Moves’ most popular programs, the 5 Weeks to 5K with Alo Moves. I was hesitant initially, as running has never been my strong suit, but ALO Moves made it accessible and fun.

    Over the course of the five-week program, I saw incredible progress in my running abilities within the 14-day trial, from increasing my stamina to improving my overall technique. The program was challenging, but in the best possible way, pushing me to my limits while still feeling achievable, and I can’t wait to see how much I have improved at the end of the five weeks. Each week you’ll be guided through 3 different interval runs that focus on speed and distance, along with one easy run to keep your momentum going.

    Of course, no program is perfect, and there were a few downsides to the 5 Weeks To 5K program. For instance, some of the workouts were repetitive, and I craved more variety. But overall, the program was top-notch and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their running abilities. Challenge yourself to cross the finish line at 3.1 miles feeling strong!

    If you’re not quite ready for the 5 Weeks To 5K, don’t worry, ALO Moves has plenty of other running programs to explore. I particularly enjoyed the Pilates series, which helped me get a great workout even when I wasn’t up for it.
